Ritual:

Write two lists:

• What I give

• What I receive

No editing. No explaining.

Ask yourself:

Where am I abandoning myself to keep this balanced?

Keep the truth.

Release the performance.

Invocation:

I release the need to be chosen

when I have not been choosing myself

I restore balance by including me

You can burn the lists when you’re done to indicate completion.
