BitchScopes for Jan 30-Feb 6, 2023 - Full Moon in Leo!

Hello Glittery Bitches (aka “Glitches”? Ok sure) Hey Glitches! I’m back. I took last week off to celebrate my 50th birthday, and it was great. But here we are, creeping into February already! We start this week off with a no pants day. if you’re new here, that means a day with no major transits. But look, every natal chart is going to have activity that is different and more personal than planet to planet transits, and pants suck no matter what so bitch, you go pantsless whenever you want! I noticed something on Tuesday and Saturday - There are a bunch of transits at 11° and 29° . If you’re a numerology nerd, you can make of that whatever you wish. In astrology 29° is called the “anaretic” and it is an indication of urgency and restlessness. When you see 29° in a natal chart it is particularly interesting as it pertains to the person’s personality and the way they operate in the world. When I see it in the transits, I definitely take note. When one of the slower planets hits 29...

Bitch on Break - just the highlights

Here’s this weeks major transits (according to moI). BitchScopes will be back next week in all their glory 😉🖤  Here we are in Aquarius season, and it’s not a typical one.  We entered Aquarius on Friday, Saturday we had a new moon in Aquarius at 1°, and Monday Aquarius’ ruler Uranus goes direct.  There’s a wave of fresh energy coming and ushering in a new era (the Age of Aquarius) one tiny step at a time.

Enter the Season of Spock with a loaded week - BitchScopes for January 16-23

Hey Bitches! Its birthday week in the Blanket Fort! I’m turning 50! What else could you possibly need to know? Nothing!  Ok great, that's it.  Have a good week! Heehee. Naw, I jest. That's far from "it".   This really is a packed week full of significant transits. Sometimes I have to sit with the transits for a minute to intuit what the overarching theme is. This week it's pretty clear: progress!  We have planets going direct, a perfect new moon, and lots of big themes.  We start the week with Mars (now Direct! yay!) quincunxing Mercury Rx. This is burning the candle at both ends and spinning our wheels . We may be so hungry for progress that we overdo it. This transit happens twice this week. Progress will come. Let’s keep our shit together. on Wednesday, Mercury goes direct at 8° of Capricorn. (Mars went direct at 8° of Gemini). Full speed ahead will happen, so there’s no need to push it. Let Mischievous Mercury do his thing. Don’t push. The Su...

Bitches Get Shit Done - BitchScopes for January 9-16, 2023

My vibe about this week is that there’s a lot of energy bubbling up and wanting to be expressed. One of the most important transits this week is Mars stationing direct. So, if there have been things you’ve wanted to get done but have felt blocked or too tired etc, that’s going to shift now and you can get more shit done.  Mars is usually only in a sign for about 6 weeks, but Mars entered Gemini in August 2022 and won’t leave until March 2023!  (and if you read or listened to my 2023 highlights, you know there's some other major stuff happening in March!)  That’s 7 months in a sign! You might have a vague sense of frustration, or that something is happening as Mars stations direct and then starts to gain forward speed. Then there will be a breakthrough of some kind - it might be subtle or obvious - but progress is going to start happening.   One caveat to this direct transit of Mars is trying to do too much because you suddenly feel like doing everything....

Full Moon in Cancer - BitchScopes for January 2-9, 2023!

Happy New Year! New Year is a weird concept to me. I know we have to track time, I mean...I guess. We gotta know how old we are, when to go to work and what time to pick up the kids.  January seems kinda arbitrary. The Zodiacal new year is in March of course, with Aries. That feels more sensible..spring, new life, etc.  So I feel like those religions and traditions make a bit more sense than our weird Gregorian calendar or whatever.  Honestly, I wish we could celebrate a new year in like, July or September. Around July I am just sick to fucking death of whatever is going on in that year and ready for it to end. "End"...which is really just rolling into another month. So I don't really get the whole concept, other than hey cool, I get a new calendar.  But here we are in 2023. Look at my metallic jumpsuit and instant nail polish and hovercraft vehicle which runs on cat shit. oooooh. Neat! The future is cool!   Annnnyway, there are very clear messages from the...

Major Astro Highlights for 2023 and long term predictions

Image
2023 has 3 major players changing signs…actually 4.  Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter, and the Lunar Nodes will all move into new signs this year! That’s a lot! Pluto changes signs only every 20 years. Saturn changes signs every 3 ½ years. The lunar nodes shift around every 18 months. And Jupiter changes signs each year.  For all of those major outer planets to be changing in one year spells some major changes.  Luckily they aren’t all going to happen this year, but the ingress of each of these planets will be felt!   Pluto is the slowest and creates the deepest social changes. Saturn is felt more personally but also rules social structures.  Jupiter is so big that honestly, it touches everything. Luckily, Jupiter’s influence is mostly beneficial, with the warning that it can lead to over-doing things.   Let’s break down what’s happening this year and look at some of my predictions Pluto in Aquarius On March 23, 2023 Pluto will move into Aquarius for the fi...

I could have danced all night - BitchScopes for the week of December 26, 2022 - January 2, 2023

Happy Post-Xmas, and Happy New Year, Bitches . I have a weird relationship with the holidays and I’m not sure why. Maybe it's an empath thing, maybe its just a human thing. But I’m always glad when it's over. BitchScopes are coming to you a little later in the week than normal because I’m intentionally taking it very slow this week, and maybe next, until the kids go back to school.   If you read last week’s scopes, I went hard into Nerdville. We started 2022 with a new moon in Cap at 12° and our last moon of 2022 was a new moon in Cap at 1°. We also started 2022 with a Mercury in retrograde in (Aquarius and then) Cap. There is a clear message here about doing a real review of progress and problems and really offering things up for healing . 2023 feels like a year where things might really turn a corner. I think I’ll write a separate blog entry (and likely a podcast episode) with my feelings of what might unfold in 2023. But let’s just look at this week… There’s some st...
